Products
- Business ID / Timestamp Extension for ArcGIS Desktop
This handy extension for the ArcGIS Desktop provides the ability to create and maintain unique identifiers for any featureclass and to add a timestamp to newly created or edited records.
Used for both enterprise (SDE) and personal geodatabases the Business ID / Timestamp extension is fully configurable. The BID/Timestamp extension provides the ability to add the ID to individual
featureclasses. Through the intuitive configuration interface, administrators can cadd or select the ID field, define text masking, temporarily disable the ID participation, delete ID field
and manage the ID table.
The Timestamp component also provides a easy to use management interface. The Timestamp manager provides the ability to select a featureclass to add the timestamp
schema, enable/disable the extension for individual featureclasses and add/delete the required timestamp fields to the selected featureclass.
The Business ID / Timestamp is the perfect solution when ObjectID's won't fill the need.

- MVC Framework for ArcGIS Server
Developing custom applications for ArcGIS Server can add significant cost to an enterprise GIS ArcGIS Server implementation. FJ&A has
developed a core ArcGIS Server Site structure based on the PureMVC framework and ESRI's ArcGIS Server Web API's. The result is that FJ&A
can develop your ArcGIS Server site faster, with a complete set of navigation, print, query and search tools at a fraction of the cost of custom programming. Yet the look
and feel of the site can be modified to work with your existing website with only minor modifications.
Initially developed using Adobe's Flex technology, FJ&A has plans on porting the MVC Framework to Silverlight to provide additional choices for our customers in the future.
Perhaps the highlight of the FJ&A Framework is that each
participant in the development of this product benefits from the development conducted by others in the program. Cost reduction is achieved as participants add to the Framework
functionality and share the updates with each other. In this way, participants only pay for the specific functionality that is vitally important to them, but may also get additional
functionality as a result of another participant's need.
